Tailoring
Nothing here is finished until it is right on one person.
Made-to-measure means the garment is drafted to your measurements and then corrected on your body. The second half is the part that matters.
The process
Six stages.
Usually several weeks from first conversation to finished garment. You are present for the consultation, the measurement, the fitting and the delivery.

Consultation
We start with the job, not the jacket. What the garment is for, how often you wear it, what room you wear it in, how much you travel, and what has gone wrong with suits you have owned before. Bring one you like and one you do not.

Measure
A full set of measurements, taken once and taken carefully, alongside an assessment of posture and proportion - shoulder slope, blade, stance, how you actually stand rather than how you stand when someone is measuring you.

Selection
Cloth, weight and colour first, then construction, lapel, pockets, vents, lining, buttons and finish. Every choice gets a reason. If a detail will date badly or fight the way you work, we will say so.

Tailoring
The pattern is drafted to your measurements and the garment is cut and made up through our tailoring network. Cloth is ordered for your order; nothing is pulled from stock.

Fitting
The garment is tried on, marked and corrected. Balance, shoulder, collar, waist suppression, sleeve pitch and length are settled here. This is where a made-to-measure suit separates from a bought one.

Delivery
Pressed, finished and handed over, with the care it needs explained. If something moves after a few months of wear, bring it back; adjustment is part of the arrangement, not an extra.
Fit is not a measurement. It is a correction.

What actually happens when you come in.
A private appointment in Lausanne, one client at a time. There is no showroom floor to walk and nothing to be sold off a rail.
Before
You tell us roughly what you are after when you book. We prepare cloth options around that, so the appointment starts from a shortlist rather than from a warehouse.
During
Conversation, measurement, cloth in hand, and the decisions made together. You will leave knowing exactly what you have ordered and what it will cost.
After
A fitting when the garment is ready, corrections, then delivery. One point of contact throughout.
