Serimont is built on one belief: the way you present yourself is the first argument you make, and it is made before you speak. Everything in this house, from the cloth to the final fitting, follows from that.
The pillar
A professional look is the quietest form of preparation.
It is the most available advantage there is to someone starting out, and the most consistently overlooked. A garment cut to you is not vanity; it is readiness, worn.
Young people entering demanding fields are told that presentation matters, then left to work it out from a rail cut for somebody else. We would rather build them a path: their own measurements, a plain account of what the cloth is, and the bearing that arrives with both.
Before a word is spoken
Judgement arrives early and it arrives whole: a lift, a client dinner, the first morning of a placement. None of it waits for the right setting, and none of it asks whether you were ready. A jacket that fits answers the question before it is put to you.
What a good fit returns
Clothes cut to you stop asking for attention, and attention is exactly what the work needs. A shoulder that sits, a sleeve that shows the right cuff, a trouser that breaks once: small precisions, which together read across a room as composure.
Your path to shine
This is the case for made-to-measure early rather than late. Not luxury for its own sake, but a garment made for one person, so a room meets the person and not the clothes. You are given back the four seconds you would otherwise spend explaining yourself.
Elegance is a way of taking yourself seriously. Everything else we do follows from it.

Serimont is run by the two of us, which is also why you always know who you are speaking to.

Three words, in the order they matter. Ambition sets the standard, elegance is how it reads across a room, and the work closes the distance between the two.
We met as students at EHL in Lausanne, where service is taught as a discipline: prepare properly, be present, and accept that how you arrive is part of what you deliver. Serimont carries those habits off the campus, into our own community first and then abroad.
An internship placed us in the same city in Hong Kong, and curiosity about how things are made where they are made turned a placement into a supply chain; time spent with tailors and mills, and partnerships worth keeping.

Nothing stands between the cloth and you unless it earns its place there.
Why the structure stays short
Traditional luxury tailoring carries agents, stock, boutiques and a name, then prices all four into the garment. That made sense when access to good cloth and good tailors was the hard part. Assembling the network is the hard part now, and we did that ourselves, so what you pay for is the cloth, the cutting and the fitting.
Cloth comes from Australia, France and Italy, labels and production run through partners in Guangming, and garments are made up through tailoring expertise in Hong Kong. Authentic because it can be traced, not because we say so.
Where to find us
Serimont is Swiss-based and built for clients in Europe. Company registration in Switzerland is in progress; until it completes we say so, here and in the footer, rather than implying otherwise.
Private appointments take place in Lausanne, where cloth, measuring and fitting are based, and clients who cannot reach Lausanne can order remotely.
Either way, adjustment after delivery is part of the arrangement, not an extra.
